If being born on US soil doesn’t make one a US citizen then there’s no such thing as an anchor baby. Birthright citizenship could not possibly exist otherwise.
Of course, this is fucking nonsense. The Constitution clearly states that anyone “born or naturalized” in the US is a citizen, not anyone “born and naturalized” as this article is trying to portray it.
I thought it’d be fun to send these people an email, ie. “Oh my god, what good news! No more anchor babies!” but as near as I can tell, there is literally no means of contacting whatever low-rent motherfuckers write this monstrosity.
(Also: even if the birth certificate is fake, it still proves that Barack Obama Sr. was born outside the US… based on the document saying so. Interesting.)
