This whole thing where people are pretending they just now discovered that presidents use teleprompters and the US budget runs into the trillions of dollars is getting old.

Of course Bush’s final budget was over $3 trillion without including the costs of Afghanistan & Iraq but hey, yknow, brown president. S’different.
